These terms cover fire risk assessment and survey work carried out by Blue Fire Safety.

Quotes and fees: the price quoted is fixed for the scope described. Additional work is only carried out where you ask for it and agree the fee in advance.

Scope: we provide assessment and survey services only. We do not carry out remedial works and we do not provide fire engineering services.

Responsibility: the Responsible Person under the Fire Safety Order retains the legal duty for the adequacy of the fire risk assessment. Our report supports that duty, it does not transfer it.

Access: where access to communal areas, risers, plant rooms or the roof cannot be provided on the day, an abortive visit charge may apply.
