Do I need PEEPs in a block of flats?
Where a resident cannot evacuate unaided, a person-centred plan is expected. We’ll advise on what is reasonable and proportionate for your building and how to keep it current.
Is stay put still acceptable?
It depends entirely on the building. A stay put strategy relies on compartmentation performing as designed. If the assessment casts doubt on that, the strategy has to be revisited, and we’ll say so plainly.

We provide the scenarios, the recording template and the guidance so your team can run and evidence drills themselves.
